  Really disappointed in this agency.. Waited an entire week just to be denied on an application for a rental because the office manager was out of town (which is totally understandable) but yet somehow, no one else in the office could give us the courtesy of returning one of the multiple phone calls and voicemails we had left and it wasn’t until I had sent a personal email that I had finally gotten a response saying that other applicants had been chosen.. Don’t bother calling this office for you will just get their answering machine and they won’t even do so much as give you the respect to call you back.. (Unless they’re collecting money from you I’m sure)
  Either way, approved or not, it’s only decent to give an immediate response to someone looking for a place to live on a time crunch.
